Welcome. These Terms govern your use of thewisdomdream.com and the personalised astrology reports we sell. Please read them — by visiting our store, placing an order, or using our reports, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

If anything is unclear, email support@thewisdomdream.com and we'll explain it before you buy. We've written these Terms in plain language, but they are still a binding agreement and they cover important points such as eligibility, ownership of your report, our liability, and the law that applies if something goes wrong.

1. Who we are

The Wisdom Dream is a brand of Wisdom Collective B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands. Our full company details — registered address, KvK and VAT numbers, contact email — are in our Contact information policy.

In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Wisdom Collective B.V. "You" means the person visiting our store or placing an order. The store and the reports we sell are referred to together as the "Services".

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are. Our reports are written for adults reflecting on their own lives.

If you are placing an order to give a report as a gift, you confirm that the person whose birth data you submit has consented to that data being used for this purpose.

3. What we sell

We sell two personalised astrology PDF reports:

• Essential Natal Chart Report ($39) — a thematic interpretation of your birth chart, based on your name, birth date, and birth place.
• Full Natal Chart Report ($59) — a complete chapter-by-chapter interpretation of your birth chart, additionally requiring your birth time.

Both reports are delivered as a PDF download to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within one hour of purchase.

Both reports are generated by AI, working from the planetary positions calculated for your birth: the exact moment of birth for the Full report, and the birth date and place for the Essential report, which is designed to work honestly without a birth time. A human astrologer does not write each report from scratch. The astrological framework and the calculations are real; the words come from a careful AI system designed to interpret them in a thoughtful voice. Our full Disclaimer explains this in more detail.

For the purposes of EU consumer law, the reports are personalised digital content within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code.

We have made every effort to describe our reports accurately on the site. Astrology is interpretive, however, and we cannot promise that any particular passage will land for you. If your report doesn't work for you, the 14-day refund in our Refund Policy is yours to use, no questions asked.

4. Your responsibilities when ordering

To deliver a useful report we need accurate information from you. By placing an order you confirm that:

• The name you provide is the name you want addressed in the report.
• The birth date is the date in the country of birth.
• The birth time (Full Reading only) is as accurate as you have it — the more accurate, the better the chart.
• The birth place is the city and country of birth.
• You have the right to provide this information — either it is your own, or the person it relates to has consented.

If you give us incorrect information, the report will be calculated for those incorrect details, and we will not be able to issue a refund on the basis that the chart "doesn't fit you." If you spot a typo before we generate, email us quickly — we may be able to correct it. After delivery, our Refund Policy still applies in any case.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order at our reasonable discretion. Your order is accepted when we send the order-confirmation email; if we cannot accept it (for example, a payment problem or a clear data issue), we will notify you and refund any amount charged.

You agree that the email address you provide is one you can receive mail at — the report download link is delivered there.

6. Pricing, payment, and currency

Our base prices are set in US dollars: $39 for the Essential Natal Chart Report and $59 for the Full Natal Chart Report. When you visit the store, Shopify automatically converts these prices into your local currency at the current exchange rate. The price you see at checkout — in your currency — is the price we charge.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout and confirmed in your order email. Posted prices include VAT where applicable; any taxes the destination country charges on top will be shown at checkout.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments at the moment of order. We do not store your card details — Shopify handles that on our behalf. To protect the referral programme against self-referral fraud, our system derives an irreversible fingerprint (a keyed hash) from partial card metadata Shopify shares with order data. Your card number cannot be reconstructed from it, and it is never used for any other purpose.

7. Delivery of your report

We deliver your report electronically. Within approximately one hour of purchase, you will receive an email with a unique download link. The link is valid for 14 days from delivery and can be used up to 10 times. If your link expires before you managed to download your report, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right: we will get your report to you again or refund you in full.

There is no physical shipment, no shipping fee, and no carrier delay to worry about.

8. Refunds and your right of withdrawal

Our 14-day, no-questions refund, counted from the delivery of your report, applies to every order. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Dutch Civil Code Article 6:230o is fully preserved. We do not ask you to waive this right at checkout, even though our reports are personalised digital content. Our 14-day refund matches and exceeds this statutory right and applies to all customers worldwide.

9. Ownership of your report

You own your report. Once we deliver it, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it for any personal purpose. That includes:

• Reading it (obviously)
• Printing it, on its own or as part of a journal or scrapbook
• Sharing it with friends, family, your therapist, your partner
• Quoting from it in your own writing, social media, or creative projects, with attribution to The Wisdom Dream where reasonable

What we keep — what stays ours — is the generation engine behind the report: our prompts, methodology, software, templates, and the way we sequence the chart calculations. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or systematically extract the engine
• Use your report (or a collection of reports) to train another AI model
• Resell the report as a service — for example, setting up a business that resells our outputs as if you generated them yourself

The Wisdom Dream and Wisdom Collective B.V. names, logos, and visual identity are our trademarks. Please don't use them as your own. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify Inc.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information — including your birth data, what we share with our AI providers, and how long we keep it — is set out in full in our Privacy Policy. Because the store runs on Shopify, some information is also processed by Shopify under its own privacy terms. By using the store you acknowledge you have read our Privacy Policy.

11. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or comments about how the service could be better — by email, on social, or through any other channel — we may use them to improve the service. You confirm that the feedback is yours to give and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it. We are not obliged to keep feedback confidential, to compensate you for it, or to act on it, though we genuinely appreciate it.

12. Disclaimer

We've designed and built the Services with care, and we test our generation pipeline continuously. Even so, the Services are provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific report will meet your particular expectations. Astrology is interpretive — different astrologers (and different AI systems) will read the same chart in different ways.

The reports are offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not, and are not a substitute for, advice from a qualified medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional. Please don't make a major life decision based solely on what your report says — make those decisions with the right people around you. Our full Disclaimer covers this in more depth.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be disclaimed. To the extent any of those apply to you, the disclaimers in this section apply only to the extent permitted by the law of your country of residence.

13. Limit of our liability

If something goes wrong with your purchase, our total liability to you for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to that order is limited to the amount you paid for that order — that is, $39 for an Essential Natal Chart Report or $59 for a Full Natal Chart Report (or the local-currency equivalent you were charged at checkout).

This cap covers all heads of damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, and applies whether the claim is brought in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Dutch consumer law or the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence — including, in particular, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. What you may not do

The Services are for lawful, personal use. When using them, please don't:

• Submit someone else's birth data without their permission
• Submit obviously fake or test birth data, or place orders you do not intend to honour
• Try to reverse-engineer or systematically extract our generation engine
• Use our reports — your own or a collection — to train another AI model
• Resell our reports as a service, or pass them off as your own work
• Make repeated, bad-faith refund requests across multiple orders
• Use scrapers, bots, or other automated tools to access the store
• Try to access accounts, orders, or download links that are not yours
• Upload viruses or other malicious code, or interfere with the security of the Services
• Use the Services to send spam, harass our team, or impersonate anyone else

If we see abuse of the service or repeated bad-faith refund patterns, we may decline to fulfil future orders from you. We use this power sparingly — only where the pattern is clear.

15. Service availability

We aim to keep the store and the report pipeline available, but we do not promise an uninterrupted service. We may take the site down briefly for maintenance, and very rarely a generation may fail or produce a corrupted output.

If a generation fails we'll retry it. If it cannot be recovered, we will refund you in full. If you believe your report contains a clear technical error — a corrupted PDF, the wrong birth data interpreted, a section that didn't render — email support@thewisdomdream.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll review it. Under Article 22 of the GDPR you have the right to a human review of an automated decision, and we honour that right; we may regenerate the report once at our reasonable discretion. 16. Third-party links and tools

Our store may link to other sites or, occasionally, embed content from third-party services (for example, an embedded video). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. If you follow a link off the store, please review the destination's own terms and privacy policy.

17. Relationship with Shopify

The Wisdom Dream is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Wisdom Collective B.V. By using the Services you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from a report you purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with us.

18. Indemnity for clear breaches

If you breach these Terms in a way that causes a third-party claim against us — for example, you submitted someone else's birth data without their permission and that person now asserts a claim — you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur defending that claim, including reasonable legal fees. This clause applies only to clear breaches by you and never to ordinary use of the Services.

19. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought before the competent court in the District of Zeeland-West-Brabant, which sits in Breda — unless the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring the dispute in your home country, in which case that law prevails.

If you are an EU consumer, you can also raise a dispute through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We always prefer that you write to us first at support@thewisdomdream.com — most issues are resolved that way within a day or two.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when we add a new product, change a sub-processor, or when the law changes. The current version will always be at this URL with a "Last updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects an existing order, we will email the customers it affects. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms in a serious or repeated way, or where we are required to by law. Termination does not affect any rights and obligations that have already accrued — including your delivered reports, which remain yours under the licence in Section 9, and your statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — Ownership of your report, Limit of our liability, Indemnity, Governing law, and the disclaimer in Section 12 — continue to apply after termination.

22. Other terms

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, and the unenforceable part will be read down to the extent the law allows.

No waiver. If we don't enforce a right under these Terms straight away, that doesn't mean we've given it up.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services, and replace anything we may have said or written about them earlier.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a successor or affiliate, on notice.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and don't change the meaning of these Terms.
