We want you to enjoy your report and use it well. The points below describe what your report is, what it isn't, and where the limits sit. Please read them before placing an order.

What your report is

The reports we create are designed to help you with the natural rhythms and transitions of your life: to give you a thoughtful, beautifully written interpretation of the chart you were born under. They are offered for reflection, self-knowledge, and entertainment.

They are not, and are not a substitute for, advice from a qualified professional, including a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, addiction specialist, marriage or family counsellor, lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, or any other licensed expert. Astrology is one lens among many. It is not medicine, it is not therapy, it is not legal advice, it is not financial advice.

Please don't make a major medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship decision based on what your report says. Please make those decisions with the right people around you.

Your report is generated by AI

We're upfront about this: your report is written by an AI system working from the astrological positions calculated for the moment you were born. A human astrologer does not write each report from scratch. The astrological framework is real and the calculations are precise; the words come from a careful AI system designed to interpret them in a thoughtful, warm voice.

Even with strong safeguards, AI can occasionally produce a sentence that feels generic, a phrase that doesn't quite land, or, very rarely, a small interpretive error. If that happens, please email support@thewisdomdream.com within 14 days; we'll review and may regenerate the report at our reasonable discretion. If you'd just rather have your money back, our 14-day, no-questions refund is yours to use.

What we don't promise

We have built our reports with care, and we believe in their value. But we cannot, and do not, guarantee:

  • That any specific passage of your report will resonate with you, fit your life, or feel "true"
  • That any future event predicted, hinted at, or implied in your report will or will not happen
  • That our AI's interpretation of your chart is the only valid interpretation. Different astrologers (and different AI systems) read the same chart differently
  • That the report is free of typos, awkward phrasings, or sentences that feel generic
  • That acting on anything in the report will produce any particular outcome in your life

We deliver each report as is and as available. The 14-day refund is there to cover the case where, for any reason, the report doesn't work for you.

If you're in a difficult moment

The reports are not crisis support. If you are going through something serious, such as a mental-health emergency, suicidal thoughts, an immediate threat to your safety, or any urgent situation, please reach out to a qualified professional or local crisis service straight away. In the EU, the Mental Health Europe directory (mhe-sme.org/library/helplines) lists national helplines. In the US, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available by phone or text. Please use those resources rather than your report.

Your decisions are yours

Astrology is one lens. Your choices about your life are yours to make. By using your report, you confirm that you understand it is offered for reflection only, and that you alone are responsible for any decisions you make on the basis of anything it says or implies. We are not responsible for choices you make in reliance on the report, regardless of how those choices turn out.

Limit of our liability

If something goes wrong, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order: $39 for an Essential Natal Chart Report or $59 for a Full Natal Chart Report (or the local-currency equivalent you were charged at checkout). The full liability framework, including the things we are not allowed to exclude under Dutch consumer law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud), is set out in our Terms of Service.
